    Twenga is required to collect usage data.

    A/ Data collected when using Twenga services

    We collect data, especially to identify products and offers that may interest you, facilitate and optimize your navigation or improve the services we offer.

    This usage data relates in particular to the details of the use you make of our services (the pages visited, the offers consulted, the terms you are looking for, etc.) or the identification of your session by means of cookies. In addition, our server logs record the browser used, the operating system, the IP address and the origin urls.

    Below are the types of data we collect:

    • We collect data on the Twenga services you use and the use you make of them (Twenga sites, Twenga Solutions).

    Exceptionally, we may collect or have access to personal data in the following cases.

    • B.1 Twenga Solutions partners

      When you become a partner of Twenga, you complete a registration form indicating both personal data related to your identity (last name, first name, email, etc.) and those related to your site and/or your company (SIRET, website address, head office, bank details where applicable).

      In accordance with law number 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 relative to computing, files and liberties, you have the right to access your personal data, modify them and oppose them for legitimate reason, the ones processed by Twenga, which you can exercise at any time by sending us your request.

  2. How do we use the data collected?

    The data collected is used to provide, enrich and improve the services we offer. They allow us to develop the relevance of our search engines and to offer you more adapted content. We use this data to personalize our search results and the offers we put forward.

    We use different technologies to optimize your user and browser experience, including providing you with a version of our services in your language or offering merchant offers that are in your area. It is not possible for us to identify you with the data collected and we do not combine information about you from third-party sources. Therefore, we do not know who you are, we do not know your name, address, etc.

    In addition, we do not trade any of this data. We do not communicate or share them with any third party.

  3. How do we collect data?

    We use different technologies to collect and store such data, including service cookies and advertising cookies, tags and anonymous identifiers. So when you access the Twenga and Twenga Solutions site(s), cookies are transferred and installed on the computer or mobile terminal from which this access is made.

    Cookies are commonly used on the internet to facilitate your browsing or bring you a more relevant browsing experience. They allow you to benefit from all the functionalities of our sites, which is why we recommend that you leave them active if you want to make the most of Twenga's services.
